Refund Policy

Free trial, cancellation and refunds for ClipSocial paid plans: 7-day free trial, cancel anytime before it ends, no refunds after billing (pending legal review).

Free plan

The Free plan costs nothing, so there's nothing to refund.

Free trial

Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. A card is required at checkout. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged automatically for the plan you chose. We email you a reminder before the trial ends. One trial per account, email and card.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from Billing in the app (Manage billing). Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged. After a charge, cancelling stops the next renewal and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.

Changing plans

Upgrades take effect straight away. Downgrades and removing an add-on take effect on your next billing date: you keep the current plan until then, and there is no credit or partial refund for the rest of the period. Pending legal review.

No refunds after billing

Payments are not refunded, in full or in part, once you've been charged, including for unused time. Refunds can't be requested in the app. In rare cases (for example, a billing error on our side) we may issue a refund ourselves at our discretion. Pending legal review.

If we issue a full refund, the plan ends straight away and your workspace returns to the Free plan.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank decides how long that takes.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, your plan stays active while the payment is retried. If the retries fail, the subscription ends and the workspace returns to the Free plan.

Purchases through Apple or Google

If you subscribed in the iOS or Android app, Apple or Google processed the payment, and refunds go through them: Apple: request a refund, Google Play refunds. We can't issue refunds for those purchases ourselves.

Your legal rights
